I Have received a coupon for Scratch and win to my address through speed post calming the prize amount of 11 lacks and they have told that I need to pay service tax and TDS amount of 22000 so that it will be credited to my account. I had paid them but still the amount is not credited. The concern person (Mr. Kailash Chand) had sent his ID proofs like company ID card, Pan Card and Aadhar Card and the transaction was from Kalyani SBI Branch ,West Bengal. Mr Ramesh Taman claimed he was a Branch Manager of the Kalyani SBI Branch West Bengal.
