I am a seller on meesho and everytime i sell something to a customer they completely change the product or damage it and when i file claim against it they make bs like barcode is not visible EVEN THO its clearly visible, they say packet is already opened I CLEARLY showed its not teared or damaged in any way they support the scammer delivery company “shadowfax” we already lost so much like SOOO MUCH MONEY cz of em nearly 11k and they never do anything abt it, we asked em to pleaseee block that courier partner but they never do, we cant even complain cuz they dont have number we are really disappointed and dont know what to do abt this they keep scamming us and it NEVER stops, i provided the video below u can check if its damaged or not they r straight up scamming us in broad daylight its thefttt
