As i had received the product, the product is not similar as compared with original pics, afterthat i raised a return request for the same return request has been placed and shows return will be picked up with in 3 or 4 working days but after 10 days no one comes to me and when i talk to their customer representatives they said that our delivery boy comes to you and the product does not match with the original product but no one comes to me and customer representative assured me that your product is not returned nor your refund will be initiated as per our policy. so requested you to please look into the matter on priority and resolve the issue on priority.
