Hey There,
So I’m Writing My Complaint Regarding The Online Seller Fraud That My Organisation Has Gone Through.
So What Happened Was The Someone Ordered My Product’s On A Fake Address And I Totally Suspect The Delevery Boys As They’re The Only One Knowing Where The Package Will Be Arriving.
So The Basic Issue Is That After Ordering On The Fake Address Led To The Orders Shipped To The Customer And Then The Products Got Returned From The Customer Or From The Courier Itself So When I received The Packages Back It Had Items Like Trash Conditioned Head Air Fan, Trash Speakers Etc And One Had ЁЯе▓Trash Fan Rusting Totally And When I Raised Online Ticket Regarding Claims Of My Products They Rejected Me Telling That My Claims Are Higher Than Usual But They Are Not Ready To Accept That My Returns Were Also Higher Than Usual Like Seriously I Got 19 Returned Out Of Total 20 Orders.
And Again And Again I Tried They Closed All My Tickets And Not Ready To Pass My Claims.

That’s All Kindly Help Me Get Back My Amount Of 13 Orders As The Rest 6 I Received We’re Fine And In Entact Condition and one out of 20 was Delevered fine and customer has no complaints regarding and you can verify and check my company background it’s all clean and we sell on other platforms like Flipkart and Amazon we’re a leading company and has no such records we’re in a huge loss of around 25000 to be exact it’s 24888 please help me get back.
One thing that’s suprised me is that how can the courier accept the package during return which had weighting around 5 kg and left with just 500g of speakers and even a trash rusted fan with just 2 kg theres something fishy with the courier boys that’s all please help me.
