Its really regretting to inform you that ,my shipment has been delivered to someone else than me without consuming delivery OTP.

I have ordered an article on meesho(Tracking Id #: E1666326715469901XS) on 21/10/22 and I never received the article till date and there is message delivered on 27/10/22 against the successful delivery.

What do I consider this delivery ? Without consuming delivery OTP of the recipient how
ElasticRun can deliver the parcel. Really this is a fraud and seems I have to raise this issue legally to the concerned authority.
