Text of Complaint by Elakkiya:

I have ordered 2 maternity dress through meesho app cash on delivery.i have received only one product and I paid for two product.After opening the parcel,I came to know the received product also wrong and I returned those product and get refunded for that product
Another product I didn’t receive from my end,the same day itself I made complaint to customer care,they guide me to add bank details
I have updated bank details ,everything but I didn’t receive anything from meesho as refunded amount for missing product
