Hello ,
I am Renuka Chauhan i am a middle class girl who is working day and night and supporting my family i ordered 5000 rs product from meesho in starting of October but when it was not delivered to me on time after 20 days i request them to cancel my order and in return still they haven’t cancelled my order now it’s almost we are ending this year and still no response from i send the query in their Facebook Instagram page but no resolution is given by then after at last i am complaining because I have no option left again and again they were asking my order id and telling me to wait 4-5 days and now I don’t have patience left and it’s not about me there are several other people who are there in need i want consumer court to look after this and do the best alternative and help people our money our nation i was chasing them and calling them again and again connected with almost 54 executive their name was Swati Neha bharti khushboo Preeti Priyanka Priya Jyoti kulvinder Kaur but no resolution from them who’s is responsible for this. And when ever I called them they put my phone on hold when I asked to connect with your senior
I want that you should go and check against this every hour they are scamming and fraudulent with people. In general nobody can trust to anyone we want justice against this.
