Text of Complaint by Nagapriya:

This is regarding an order I had placed 935608045493 on 4th may 2023, the price of the item was arround 957-/- and I did an online payment! Instead of the shown product green saree) I received a pink net saree and immediately I wanted to return it! Since the delivery boy refused to take it back upon the return request as they sat the item don’t match I has called 3 times to the customer care to sort this issue out! But the delivery boy kept on refusing to take it back and my return to do is closed! I felt cheated! How can the product pass the QUALITY CHECK when I get a totally different product from meesho! I am a geniune customer and this was not expected. Kindly make them issue my refund. Thank you.
