Meesho Not giving compensation on return by giving lame reasons

Sir,
I am a seller in the Meesho platform. Meesho is very poor when it comes to giving claim to sellers on their customer returns. During customer returns, some customers/ courier company (arranged by Meesho) may steal our product and pack and send to us. When we unbox it under camera, we will get some other company used led bulbs( Mostly used led bulb/ sometimes empty) When we upload it in the claiming option, they always reject it by giving lame reasons. I know about this fraud from Meesho and so takes care of all such reasons very clearly. However they always reject it by giving lame reasons. This is increasing these days, and the loss also at the same time. My company is Neona Electricals. I am ready to upload unboxing videos, when ever required for your investigation. More over, they only give a provision to upload (9.5mb) video of unboxing. So we have to compress videos. Its a very time taking and difficult job to do so, after making a clear compressed video that is under a size of (9.5mb) they are doing this lame light robbery. This type of company is what that kills small scale businesses. The uploaded image is of a bajaj branded used bulb swapped with our product and send to us. Meesho rejected it saying the unboxing video is not clear. But it’s crystal clear
