Text of Complaint by Deepali Arora:

Hi, I want to inform you that I ordered a product from Meesho on 22nd Feb 2023 and received the delivery on 1st March 2023. Thereafter, I requested the exchange for the product on 6th March 2023 as the size was incorrect/ small and my exchange request was accepted on the same day. But after that no one came to pick up my product since now and it’s over 2 months now that I am waiting for my exchange product to be picked up by Meesho so that I can get the correct product again. I ordered that dress for someone very close to me for her birthday but I could not give the present to her. This is really not acceptable. I have called the Meesho many times and every time they gave me time for 1 week but nothing happened. Today, I started chatting with them and they were saying that my product was picked up from me on 6 May but I have provided the photo showing that the product is still with me. But they were not ready to agree on this and instead of listening to me, they closed the chat. This is so pathetic behavior of the Meesho team. I will not tolerate this anymore.
