Meesho Courier has taken my product as return but not updating that pickup is successful, In my account it is showing that pick up is cancelled again and agian same thing is showing.
Complaining since 27th September 2022 , calling customer care, sending mails everyday still no resolution has been provided. Meesho stopped their mail system , so I was unable to sent complaint and by calling customer service everyday is just a waste of time , everyday they keeps saying mam please wait for few more days. This is insane.
I am providing the screenshot of picked up successful message to meesho but they are not refunding my money.
This is a fraud, I am now regretting buying from meesho.
I have to suffer and experiencing such hectic situation due to unprofessional behavior of meesho courier service and customer service.
I want an immediate resolution from your end.
