I have placed my order on your app though I received the completely wrong product

1) Sub Order ID 211649863049_1
I raise return request on app but customer care team gave it through QC process but as I received completely wrong product that’s why It failed in QC. I urged them to do it to non QC pickup and call them but they don’t do anything and my pickup cancelled again and again. I also contacted your courier partner they asked me that meesho do not listen their request and generating fake AWB NO.
KINDLY LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND DO THE NEEDFUL.
