Meesho did fraud with me also. I made a online payment on 1st may. Amount deducted on the same time but meesho app showing payment not confirmed so order not booked. I waited for 72 hours. Then i tried to contact meesho customer care and banking customer care. My bank said they paid amount not further process is on merchants so talk to merchant or meesho. But meesho said we dint get amount so talk to your bank. I have amount deducted msg and mail from icici bank and phone pay app also. But meesho is not ready to confirm from merchant. I said just cancel my order because there us such option on my side on meesho but customer care dint do anything and repeated same words more than 10 time in more than 30 minutes call. I said transfer your call to senior but they dint do this also.
