I received an order from meesho app worth rupees 705 but unfortunately it was completely different product from what they had shown. Now I initiated the return process but they are delaying it by saying that the area is out of service. Now they want to self courier it and they are giving extra charges of ₹100 for it. But it is actually charged ₹500 for the self courier to deliver it on the given address. I called them several times but they are not resolving the issue.
