I placed 3 orders from Meesho online shopping app and used COD(Cash on Delivery) payment method. The details of the orders are :
1)Women Brown Jeans cost ₹786
2) Women White Jeans cost ₹786
3) Polyester Blend top cost ₹201
All the orders were placed on 27 April n received on 1st May, when I received those orders, I figured out that the sizes r not same as mentioned so I initiated a return request on 1st May i.e. the same day I received those products ASAP. When I tried logging in the Meesho shopping App in the evening the App showed User verification failed error which means that my account is blocked. I tried calling their customer care executive to get the information regarding my pickup and refund but they are telling me that even though I give the product to the pickup boy my refund will not be initiated. I just want to return their product and get my refund. This is such a fraud as they claim that they’ll take back the order if the product is not up to the mark n now that the user is trying to return it they have blocked the user. This is mentally exhausting process as well. I just want my refund and I am not sure if I should give the pickup boy these product or not , he will come to pick up today considering that fact that my refund will not be initiated. Please help me ASAP regarding this issue.
