I have ordered a smart watch(Boat) with Order ID 593824493276 and received a fake product in the name of meesho courier (as attached in screenshots) on 17th October. Instead of that I got a courier with six marbles packed and kept inside it. There is no label on the box and the outer Box is of amazon. Seems like someone wantedly kept the fake product.
Contacted Meesho customer care and they are saying that the order was not sent by them and rejected the refund claim.
Also the delivery partner is XpressBee and delivery Boy and Manager has provided all the AWB number and tracking status stating that product was given by Meesho.
