I ordered a pair of earrings from meesho. They delivered it today afternoon but when I opened the package I saw it was a two right pair earrings so I raised a issue for exchange. They accepted it and later said that a rider will came and picked and provide him a verification code. When actually the rider came he just asking for package and when I inquired about the verification code he said it will be done automatically and I’ll get a message . And he left with the package. I waited an hour but still I didn’t get any message of update of my pickup and also in my return processing. Do something it happened twice with me.
