I had requested for exchange of product. The replacement product was picked on 8th Jun and exchange product was supposed to be delivered on 16th Jun.
I called the Meesho help center, they assured me the product will be delivered on 23rd Jun.
Again I contacted them on 23rd Jun that my product is not delivered. Then they raised complaint and provided me ticket number and was told issue will be resolved in 4-5 days. Still there is no response.
If I contact again they are again raising new complain, and not ready to update on the previous complain raised. They are just delaying.
It’s been 16 days since replacement product was picked up. Still my exchange product is not delivered.
