I ordered an artichoke from meesho, received it on 18th jan 2023, places an exchange request on the same day, till today its not picked up.
i have filed a complaint on their helpline number, its also ignored.
i have been calling meesho customer care thrice a day, still no one is resolving the issue and making vague excuses.
please help me
