I had purchased a mobile cover through Meesho platform, on 13th August 2025 I received it, it was broken and damaged , I placed exchange request it was approved and the estimated day was 23rd August 2025 of replacement, it was rescheduled by Meesho on 26th, later on the 7th day of purchase, on 20th August, Meesho cancelled the exchange , when I placed return request it wasn’t approved, when I contacted customer support services, they assured me they will provide refund, but they didn’t resolved my issue. I am extremely dissatisfied with Meesho service
