Meesho has not giving me my refund in account on the time..and i don’t know the reason that why have they do that. There is no such warning or prior notification was given. I’m wishing that it shouldn’t happen with any one of you please be careful. I lost ₹604 as I ordered 2 Medium size dresses but 1 was small & other one was loose for me and now I can’t exchange it as the app is not opening. 1st of all they never deliver the product correctly which we order. This month I have bought many things from meesho. I need to return or exchange half of the things as they never deliver
exact things. Their service is pathetic but sometimes we get good collections here so only I was ordering. it literally advertises easy returns But i was return my dresses in 11 of june nd 12 june i getting the msg the refund will be getting soon by 16 june i was checking in my bank account there have no any amount given by meesho .. again i call there nd registered my complain but they r not taking the any legal action again my problem.. nd in last time i was again call nd getting the same thing .. they will be refund my money very soon but meesho write on there page they r refund the money with in 3-4 working days nd today is 21 june nd still i m not getting my refund so be careful please guys .. Meesho is cheating us. I’m using the app from more than 1 years & ordering many things but never thought they will cheat us like this. For sure Meesho will not go for a long time business as they are not following standard guidelines like othe online shopping app. We have many online option to buy but they will loose their business very soon if continue to cheat people like this. I want to exchange or return my order however it’s possible.
