Text of Complaint by Samira Thakur:

I placed an order for “Yashika Women’s Georgette Floral Printed Saree with Blouse Piece , Quantity- 11 Items , Paid Amount – Rs. 3190 on 14th Jan 2023”

On 19th January, I received a delivery packet, where I found only one saree was delivered.

I contacted Meesho Customer care, raised a complaint & attached Delivery package photos.

Based on my complaint, Meesho scheduled pick-up on 21st January and collected a delivery packet with the same saree.

Meesho refunded me only a single saree amount that is Rs. 290, But I paid for 11 sarees Rs. 3190 which was never delivered to me.

I have contacted Meesho many times but they are not ready to refund me.

I am a teacher and I booked these sarees for school kids to perform at 26th January school program. On behalf of my school I placed an order in Meesho but now because of this wrong delivery I am in trouble.
