Meesho blocked my account without a single message. They delivered stained item after blocking my account. Then they said they cannot take return

Text of Complaint by Rejee Ittiyera:

Suddenly in a morning Meesho blocked my account in their app. They first pretended as some error occurred and asked to contact them but contact number is not working. Then I called customer care then they said someone flagged my account. Meanwhile they delivered two items .That time I am not aware that returns are not possible.It was stained product. The next time when I called they said they themselves flagged my account and no return or refund is possible.All the information regarding the price of items, how much money to be refunded all are blocked.I must have to return the stained item and get refund
