Text of Complaint by Manjusha:

I have purchased a dupatta from Meesho on 19th march vide order no. 774135638690. It was a blue colored one with maroon border. I have received it on April 1st. Cash on delivery was done. but the delivered item was black one. I want to exchange it with original one. as per Meesho policy , the item can be exchanged within 8 days. But at their site, exchange form is continued with bank details to be filled. I am not interested for a refund. Only want to exchange it. then why they are asking for my account details. Is it mandatory to provide my bank details if I want exchange the item. please do the needful in this regard. I think this is a cheating from the company.
