From Last Few Months I’m Shopping On Meesho App, But Today Suddenly My App Starts Not Opening And One Error “ User Verification Failed ” Is Coming When I’m Trying To Tap On The App Icon. I Even Contacted The Support Team But They Are Giving No Answer About This Either. The Main Problem Is That I Have An Open Orders In The Process On The App And All The Items Of The Order Are Pre-Paid Orders , And The Company Is Irresponsive To Me They Are Just Saying We Can’t Do Anything For It, I Said If You Can Not Restart My Account Because Of Any Reason So Atleast Provide Me The Refund For The Prepaid Orders Which Are Not Delivered To Me Till Now But They Are Not Listening To Me Anyway. I Don’t Know What Should I Do Please Help Me Out And Provide Me The Refund For All The Orders .
