I’ve Been Buying On The Meesho App For The Past Few Months, But When I Open The App Now, It Says “User Verification Failed.” The Issue I’m Having Is That I Have Open Orders On The App, All Of Them Pre-Paid Orders, And There’s One Product I Need To Return Due To The Appalling Quality, Which Makes It Completely Useless. The Company Isn’t Responding To Me And Just Says That We Can’t Do Anything, Which Is Frustrating. They Are Not Offering Me Any Solutions To The Problem, Not Even A Refund For Unfulfilled Prepaid Purchases. I’m Not Sure What I Should Do, So If You Could Help, Please Do The Needful.
