Respected Sir,

I would like to bring to your notice a fraudlant practice by the e-comerce medicine supplier Medlife who have supplied me duplicate medicines.

I had orderd the tablets TELFIRST 40 MG TABLET 30 tablets (3 strips) on 18-May-2020. I received the medicines on 21-May-2020 and when I opened the tablet from the strip tablet to consume it , the tablet was brown in color. I checked another strip and even in that strip the tablet was brown in color. The tablet should actually be white in color. This is possily because it is duplicate medicines which medlife is selling. I raised a complaint about it to medlife customer care and they agreed it is their fault and agreed to take back the medicine.

When i asked for refund they told me that they can only refund for 10 tablets as i had opened the tablet to see in other two strips. How can i know whether the table is duplicate or not without opening it ?

Firstly they are conducting fraud business by selling adultrated or duplicate medicines secondly they are not giving my refund.

Requesting your intervention to Please take appropriate action against them and help me get the refund or guide me.
