It’s been more than a month now of mental harassment from medlife. I got a labtest done from medlife on 17/7/20 in which a test of “Blood Culture” Was also included.
Later when I received the reports the blood culture report was missing, I made a call to medlife then they told me that medlife is not doing blood culture test and my money of ₹860/- will be refunded to me in a week.
It’s more than a month now, I have called medlife several times, sent emails to them but no progress in refunding my amount.
Kindly bring justice to this matter and help me to get my refund amount of ₹860/- from Medlife. My order id with Medlife 5567558. Please help me to get the refund in this critical time.
