I ordered medicines long back and delivery boy came to deliver the medicines. He asked wife and my family to pay more that Invoice bill for his pocket expenses. When my family denied giving the extra amount, he started shouting on my wife and on parents. He used abusive language many times, cancelled my order and took the medicine and went away..
Later on, I ordered again medicines and complained about this delivery boy but NO ACTION taken by MEDLIFE. Again MEDLIFE send this boy again 2-3 times, abused my family and cancelled the order of his own.
NOW, I AM GOING TO FILE A FIR IN POLICE STATION FOR THIS NEGLIGENCE OF MEDLIFE.
SHAME ON YOU GUYS MEDLIFE!!!
