sir/ madam, i have been a customer of Universal Sompo general insurance for the past 3 years. my policy number during 2020-21 is 282560391242004. Recently, my child was hospitalized and i have filed a reimbursement claim along with all original documents i received from hospital. its been 3 months and there is no update. whenever i call customer care and health serve team are telling that within one day it will be resolved. they are keep on telling this matter when i call them. there are not giving a correct answer. I had a very bad experience with Universal Sompo. i have borrowed money for my kids hospitalisation by trusting universal sompo general insurance. i had send all original documents. but they are not disbursing the claim amount. the customer care team are telling some one will call me to discuss this matter and till now no one has called.
