I am a doctor ,I ordered medicines for my patients through ayurcart as I did online consultation and felt this is safe app and they will deliver on time.but the thing is at that time, no cash on delivery option was available so my patients paid the amount with extra delivery charges ,medicines still didn’t reach to them ,they are fed up calling them and I am too fed up ,trying to call ,but they are saying I have raised complaint against delivery supplier and they themself didn’t ship the product till my patients called after 14 days then only shipping procedure started,such response never expected,as a doctor felt cheated as well as mental pressure,I don’t know when the medicines will come or whether they will cancel the order and refund all the money .my patients they are suffering and they are also in mental torcher calling them and all.so plz sort out this matter as soon as possible as a doctor I am very concerned about my patients health cancel the order , I will prescribe medicine from nearby any ayurvedic shop and they then will do door delivery.
