I ordered medicines from Pharmeasy on August 1 2023 and made payment of ₹1134/- However as the delivery agent tried to deliver the medicine to an old address, I cancelled the order and requested for refund. However today is the 25th of August 2023 and I haven’t received my refund. I called the customer care thrice and complained about not receiving my refund. Everytime they kept saying that it will take 7 to 10 working days for the refund to get credited to the account. Kindly help me get my money back. My order ID is : 345414222947172352
