I had ordered two medicines and an arm pouch in 2nd may 2023 when it showed the delivery estimated dates of 3-4 may. The order was out for delivery on 3rd may but didn’t get delivered neither i got any calls. Yesterday that is 4th may, it was again out for delivery but not delivered and today till now, it is not delivered. My medicine dose was supposed to be started since 4th may but i have missed my two doses because of such carelessness of Netmeds. This is ridiculous. This is unacceptable. I have been calling the customer executive and they keep telling me to patiently wait for it to be delivered. How is this sane? It is a medicine not a dress or any other item which can be delivered in their own sweet time. netmeds promise to deliver within a day, which is why I ordered from them and paid as well. Now there is no clue if they will deliver or not.
