Technician No – Avijit Ganguly
Description – I booked diabetes care by PharmEasy for my mother on 24.5.23. Sample was collected and report was supposed to be sent by 25.5.23 at 12 am
It is beyond the time limit and the report has still not come. They can’t play with the patient’s life. This is absolutely ridiculous of them to take healthcare services so callously. Today I have an appointment for my mother with the doctor at 10 am in the morning, how am I supposed to visit the doctor if the reports are not in. please help. worst experience
