To Whomsoever it may Concern

I am very pained and disappointed to share with you how badly Dr. Vankawala treated my mother recently and caused a lifelong debilitating injury while doing a procedure for the removal of female reproductive organs owing to detection of Carcinoma.

Not only did the Dr. and her hospital staff exhibit negligence of the extreme order but also showed no remorse upon the injury or the fact that my mother was administered Orogastric tube for more than 7 days and now needs probably a year long if not lifelong physiotherapy and assistance with a 24/7 nurse.

The Dr. charged my mother almost 4L rupees and took all of it in cash and in the process also benefitted her husband through conducted X-rays etc.

I am bringing to your attention so that the medical association, Government, and people of Surat should be aware of this money grab and irresponsible Dr. who needs to be disciplined.
