Hi Team,
I took parental insurance from my company Medi Assist sum assured Rs.600000 amount.My policy number 0703002818P112046827 .My father got chest pain and shorten of breath so we admitted in sri sri holistic hospital so they asked us about insurance so I told them I have corporate insurance then they admitted into hospital.I requested medi assist insurance people for initial approval .so that treatment will be started they took 72 hours time for initial request and I called customer care 100 times for approval customer care number is 07022067000 but they approved 20000 as initial payment.the hospital people started treatment the final bill was Rs.203456 the insurance people approved Rs.42133 they rejected FFR & Pressure wire which costed RS.105000 the reason from insurance it is not required for the Patient. As per the doctor guidelines we opted the test and hospital doctor confirmed this should be done.after the test the insurance people are not approving final bill they rejected three times my parents awaited in hospital for 38 hours so we need justice please advice if any one can help us.I want justice for my pain which I suffered no one should have this in future we need to fight.
