I have cancelled my airline ticket from Bangalore to Gorakhpur dated 27’th September,2020 . Details are as below:-
MINE DETAILS:-
FlipKart Booking ID: FF2009228693806
PNR: FFCF8K
MY FRIEND DETAILS:-
FlipKart Booking ID: FF2009228693991
PNR: KIM5GR
Amount paid is 7052 each person.
I have tried to contact their customer care several time and have written several email to travelhelp@flipkart.com but have not received any response regarding the refund amount .
Now this is getting frustrating, It seems like they are doing this deliberately which need to be reported to consumer court.
Please help me out to recover my money back.
