I was using paytm postpaid from last one year. From last one year i am transferring amount from my paytm postpaid to my paytm business account by scanning the business QR code. After 14th may 2023 i got a popup that from now the MDR charges will be applicable for receiving money from postpaid account. So then i came to know that from next time the charges will be applicable. But today i received a payment of rs3000 from a postpaid account to my business app then paytm has deducted 406 as MDR charges. when i have called to the customer care they informed that this are the pending MDR charges from the month of september 2022. They also told that due to some technical issue the charges was not debited from that time so it has been debited now . I also informed that i didn’t get any notification that time related to the charges to the customer care associate Dimple and his Senior Arjun . So they are telling that due to some technical issue you have not received notification and the charges are also not been debited from my account. So now my concern is that if paytm is facing some technical issue from last one year and for their technical issue they have not debited the charges from last one year so for that issue i am not liable. Because i dont have any information related to the MDR charges so before applying any type of charges paytm should inform the customer by sharing the details of the charges. But without sharing any information or intimation paytm has charged me the MDR charges so now i am not agree with that i want my money back . And i want to take a strict action against paytm one97.
