Under the right to infomation act 2005, its my duty to inform citizen of india any misuse or cheating is done anywhere.
I have a few questions about the fake mccoy global links, the document attached clearly proves that mccoy has done fake things in the internet world and cheated many mnc companies in India in background verification and by giving fake experience letters to candidates.
if you visit mccoy global links website, you may find they have mentioned that it’s all over the global locations and address of different location too, same address if you search in the google, you will not find the company there.
In a few websites you can see he has mentioned headquarters of mccoy global links in abu dhabi, usa and bangalore, how can there be 3 headquarters for the one company screenshot is attached in the document for that also.
In the document and different job portals you can see fake job postings he has done, job opening in bangalore, pune, hyd, chennai, noida, the company you will not find accept the bangalore.
McCoy has an office setup too, where he is training the candidates for 2-3 months, then giving fake experience letters to them for 3-5years as java developer, mulesoft developer, network engineer. automation testing engineer.
If the candidate gets selected he has to pay 40-50% of ctc to McCoy in 4months duration, till then he keeps the original marks cards of them and makes bond paper that the candidates has taken the money from them, like that he is doing.
this mccoy person is running the java institute name is java conceptz, in this websites he has put images of all the candidate whom he gave exp letter, but now he has removed all the images in java conceptz website and java conceptz facebook page also,
what is the reason he removed all the images?
because of the fear that he will get caught, as well you can see the same people in java conceptz and mccoy global links facebook page also, how come the same people in both.
In the company website you can see he has mentioned the 500+ employees, if you visit the office, only 20 people can sit there.
Many companies have caught the candidates with fake exp letters from mccoy global links bangalore, many people career has been destroyed because of him.
if this is a really genuine company,
why no people in linked in and Facebook worldwide with real identity,
why all fake profiles in social media
in few websites he has mentioned net income is 60 -100$ million, and in few 10lakhs why so much difference
why no images of office and people in google of mccoy worldwide,
why no address worldwide accept bangalore.
why mccoy has posted job opening for pune, chennai, hyderabad, delhi, noida location office, where there is no office at all.
if its present in abroad, then this company should be in big tech parks in bangalore and other, why so small room that also in third floor in bangalore.
why no pf account when they have employees more than 500+, this is completely cheating government, because as per the guidelines if its more than 10+ employees there should be pf account mandatory, in websites its mentioned you have started in 2007, then you should show pf details from 2007.
in few websites its mentioned company has started in 2007 and some in 2013, how come two information, in company websites you mentioned 9+years which is updated in 2015 ,then its should be 2007 only, but company got registered in 2013, how its possible, without registration you started the company or you are fooling all.
as mentioned its big mnc company, then why your website is not updated yet, its showing 2015 as last updated. all the mnc companies update there website every year.
why so many headquarters worldwide for single company with same website link
why only one small office in bangalore that also in third floor
why so many job posting, where all the candidates they hired
why dint they hire experience people till now genuine
where ever you see, the candidates first company will be always mccoy only, why not there in the second company
does mccoy hiring only freshers, if yes then why your posting only experince people requirement in job portals
why people got caught in many mnc companies with fake experince letter of mccoy global links, i have proof of confirmation mail from mnc company. which is attached here.
why he removed all the pics from facebook pages of java conceptz and mccoy.
do you any proof for salary transaction of employees working in abroad and india of 500+employees.
because of mccoy many lost their jobs, but still he have not stopped or closed his fake company.
@madhusudan can you provide the bank statement for salary transaction from 2007 till now for 500+ employees worldwide.
mccoy has posted job opening in more than 10 job portals , how come so much openings and where all the candidates, in office just 20 members can occupy or sit,
I have given all the evidence and proof as well, requesting you to blacklist this fake company.
@Mr madhusudan, its my humble request please stop all these which your involved, I have strong proof and evidence also, and have proof of confirmation mails from different companies where they have clearly said, they have taken strict action against the candidate came from mccoy global links. those mails are more than sufficient.
@for the candidates, extremely apologize from my side, you have lost the jobs, please do not worry about it, you will get another job, but please do not involve in this matter, or you may also be in jail. better not to involve in this, what ever money you have paid to madhusudan, please collect it back, if he denies to give then, you have rights to complaint against him, you will not be in any problem, because of job need you were diverted thats it,
@Mr madhusudan, proof if i submit, you will be in jail for different sections of law, without the proof nobody take so much risk to write here, so please understand, you have many different ways to earn money legally, but this is the illegal which your doing.
I am citizen of india, i have all the rights to provide information here under rti, no body can stop me for this.
