Dear sir/madam,
My mobile number is 9000004255.im with Airtel network I’m facing issue with missed call alert service from 25/08/2020.Inspite of so many calls and mails they didn’t resolve my issue and I didn’t get any mail or call from Airtel people. Every time when called up customer care they used to say my issue will be escalated to higher authority and technical team but at the end of the day as on 17/09/2020 I didn’t get any mail or call from Airtel. Please do the needful.
