I opened a trustroot loan app and I completed upto kyc and then I’m not willing to apply a loan then I logout from the app few days after MB loan were contacted me to pay a amount I did not apply any loan I said but they were calling through different numbers and my brother is an advocate he asked legal notice I also asked legal notice but they were not responding to me but in the app overdue was going high. I know I’m not appplied any loan please help me and take action sir please
