Dear Friends,
I went this company for loan in the month of September 2022. They seemed to be a good company registered with rbi as nbfc, but to my shock they turned out to be a fraud company. I suggest you all stay away from this company. Here is the details of the event that happened.
• 4th Sep 2022 : I reach out Mayur Finance for a loan of 50000.00 inr for my daughter’s medical problem as I am running short by 50000.00 INR.
• 5th Sep 2022 : Mr.Gaurav (Sales Person) reaches out to me and says only 50000.00 INR. we can provide you 1 lakh as your salary is good.
• 7th September 2022 : I get a approval letter saying 1 lakh loan is approved. I have to 3500.00 INR For legal fees. I make the payment to Swetha Chauhan at 3:35 pm IST. After that I get the Agreement at 5:00 pm IST. I sign it and send it to you all. Same day Mr.Kapil Sharma (Accounts) Calls me and says sir you have to make a payment of 10500.00 INR (some refundable amount). I make that payment of 7:30 pm IST. Mr.Kapil Sharma says payment will come either by 8:00 pm IST. or max 11:00 am IST. next day.
• 8th September 2022 : I follow up with Mr.Gaurav and Mr.Kapil they both say that the payment will come by 2:00 pm IST. Does not come as there is some server issue. I said okay we will do next day.
• 9th September 2022 : Kapil says please sign a physical printed copy and send the scan. I do that too. Then Kapil calls and says I need to pay another 10500.00 INR as the old one cannot be considered as the payment has to come the same day as disbursement. I do that too at 3:55 pm IST. after confirming with both that the payment will come the day.
• 10th September 2022 : Mr.Kapil does not come to office hence nothing happens.
• 12th September 2022 to 14th September 2022 : Between these dates I speak to Kapil multiple times and final it was decided that I will get a refund as there was some issue. Mr.Kapil says on Monday 19th September 2022 you will get the refund.
• 19th September 2022 : I call Kapil he says refund is rejected you have to pay 19506.00 INR and get the loan. I am shocked and disgusted. But I say okay I will make the payment but can you disburse it today itself he says yes. I do the payment at 1:48 pm IST. At this point I have paid 43500.00 INR for a 1 lakh loan. I was still okay because the loan of 1.10 lakh will come or at least I trusted that. On the same day I had a issue with Gaurav where in he had helped with a 30000.00 INR with hospital expenses, which he wanted back before the payment is released.
• 20th September 2022 : I made the payment to Gaurav actually a friend of his Mr.Chudhary at 3:10 pm IST. I inform Gaurav and Kapil about the same and am promised in 15 min the transfer will happen.
• 21st September 2022 onwards till date : I have called and mailed multiple times to Mr.Gaurav and Mr.Kapil but no response.
Now after so many days of processing and taking my 40506.00 INR, got frustrated and asked them to cancel my loan. To my surprise they say we will cancel it but the refund will come after 45 days. That is in the month of November 2022.
They call themselves as Ltd company, actually they are nothing but a company which uses money from potential customers and cheat them.

Yawer i am sure they will ask you for more money. If you are talking to gaurav or kapil please be careful they will give you different stories every time.

My suggestion if you already paid only 2500.00 do not pay anymore.. they will cheat you. If you have paid more.. please confirm if you got the money. If not put a consumer complaint. The longer you wait they will keep dragging and ask more for more money.
I also had similar experience with Mayur and I paid nearly 30000. I raised a complaint in cybercrime and FIR has been created for the same.

@hussain that is Gaurav’s Number. He says he works in that company as sales person.
@hussain one more suggestion please put it in consumer complaints also.. it will help others from getting into the trap.
