Pathetic service, may 9th I did 2 payments, because they had locked my mobile so I went to Samsung and airtel gallery, after paying twice my mobile opened but only one payment it added to my account, I don’t if the finance team had put my other payment in there account, I have both screen shot of payment down to emi. I have been calling them they keep me waiting Luke hours and then soon after they pick up call they just hang up.
