Respected sir,
I am been charged 2000 rupees unnecessary by the maxivision hospital, I got a surgery done for my mother on 3rd july 2023, the insurance claim was forty thousand, the hospital gave them two thousand discount , during this process the hospital asked me to pay a cautious amount deposit of four thousand rupee, which they said will be refunded back after the claim settlement, the claim was settled on 8th july, they said the cautious amount will be refunded back after claim settlement, it’s been 72 days as of now, when I try to reach them they are saying I will be paid only 2000 rupees as the claim was only for 38000 , when I checked it was the hospital that gave them discount of 2000, rupee, but still they insist on deduction of 2000 rupee from the cautious amount.
