Respected sir,
Iam maneet basita .I have applied a part time job in online a person from max enterprises had called me and they have given one user id password to work
I have gone through the link they told to keep the aadhar card photo before giving the credentials.I have kept my aadhar photo they asked to tell OTP(One time Password) I have told them and they have sent a pdf telling that u have registered sucessfully when I try to do the work it’s not working properly
So I had to unregister.For unregistering they told the process I have done it
When iam registering I have asked term and conditions there they have told no need to pay money if you unregister with in 10 days After few hours I got a call stating that I need to pay 11,800 rs for the cause of unregisteration I have asked them there the condition they have rewritten the statement and they have sent a pdf then I have gone through pdf there they mentioned to pay as my mother is single woman I don’t have any option.I borrowed the money and paid them.After few minutes again they sent another pdf like agreement which I haven’t signed in it .In that agreement they have written everything and they have accessed the pdf I got a call stating that to pay 34,500 rupees for unregisteration how much do I need to pay sir they are gambling and playing with my life please take a serious action.
I don’t know what do to and my head is fully blocked and shaking please sir my mother is a only woman and we both are sisters they are forcing to pay the money otherwise they are telling that they will see legally please help me sir . so that is the reason iam filing a complaint against the company

Please do not leave these type of criminals today I may be the one but there should be no more person to be cheated after me

And you will be free from this company.and we will cancel your 11 month agreement.

kindly follow your legal process and also clear the court process with your lawyer,you have only two days to clear the legal procedures in Indian council of Arbitration.
