1 month back we file a complaint against tata sky set up box that it was not working but it was in gurantee period after that when the technician visit in our house they cut 100 rupee as well from mya account as if frst they said that it was in gurantee period so there is no service charge
We file complaint agains this service was slow no one take actions
Now
Today we also file a diffrent complaint against tata sky box that it was not receiving signal when the technician visit he checked and change our set up box
We told him that the set up box you provide us is already used one after thi he cant listen and give us used setup box now we are facing one more problem that our was changed someone else id was shown in set up box
We call them lots of time but they cant talk and the contact no. Is still busy there is no one who listen our complaint
They give us used setup box intentionally
Because of this we lost our tata sky id and more over we our id was fully recharge
