I ordered ( VW8150 ) a product from your website and it arrived on time. Unfortunately, it wasn’t as good as advertised – it was almost like a second-hand product. I’ve attached a video to show you what I mean. Unfortunately, the quality you can check it out.
I would be grateful if you would send me a complete refund as soon as possible.
