My order not receive on given time by Amazon.

When I called in customer care there executive say he is processing for refund.

But I don’t want refund.

Then I received call from delivery agent he said to collect order from his office.

But why I collect I have paid delivery charge.

I again called to care center

There mr Yogesh siad order will deliver today with out fail.

But till time no call receive from neither customer care agent nor deliver agent.
