We shifted to a new house and the technician installed the airtel machine in the one of the room in a corner. We repeteadly told him that will the installation in this location will cater to other rooms as well. His answer was this is the only place the machine could be installed. Now post installation we are unable to get the network in the other rooms and neither in the drawing room. We have repeteadly called the customer service and asked for resolution but unfortunately there has been none. I want to make one thing very clear that if this problem contineous and we keep facing problem with the internet, i will disconnect for sure with immediate effect as i will not pay 1200 to 1300 monthly for nothing. Do take this complaint seriously if you want to continue with your services with us
