On December 2022, I went to Darjeeling with my family for tour. There we met Mr. Ajay, manager of Karma India Holidays , part of Shooting Star Services Pvt Ltd. in the famous hotel Windamere Darjeeling. They showed me a plan product of premium hotels and they will provide this service if we buy the package for Rs 1,40,000/-. He also added that the actual price of the service is Rs 1,75,000/- but they were giving me a discount. We paid the money and took the subscription on 4th December 2022. Then, after one month on 16th January 2023, Mr. Ajay called me and said that due to some payment gateway problem they did not receive a part of the payment and asked me to send and amount of Rs 86,000/- and they will revert the amount to my bank once the problem is sorted out. On that very day I transferred Rs 59,000/- and on 3rd February I transferred the remaining Rs 27,000/-. All payment proofs are attached. After that I tried to contact them several time during the last 1 year but they have not returned my money. The toll free no. 1800-833-5008 is not working. They did not return my money or provided the service they promised. They are fooling everyone and doing a big scam. Please do some strict action in this matter.
